Narrative description of the project
Central Government Program Indonesia with loan from ADB, with amount professional staffs and assistants in provinces. The objective of this project is to develop masterplan of provincial water supply system, feasibility study document, environmental impact assessment and land acquisition plan (if any), and detail engineering design for regional water supply system development plan.
The project is carrying out planning, budgeting, survey, monitoring, reporting, and coordination among stakeholders, for regional water supply system development plan. The involvement of professional staffs and assistants, will performed elaborated and comprehensive development plan for regional water supply system in provincial targeted.
Furthermore, local stakeholders at provinces and districts/cities shall follow up with the construction implementation work plan in accordance with the budget plan of each region.
Description of actual services provided in the assignment
- Preparation of Masterplan for water supply system development and/or review for each province;
- Preparation of Feasibility Study (FS) and/or review for each Regional water supply system development plan;
- Survey and Investigations: Undertake and/or evaluate various technical surveys and assessments relating to
geohydrology, geotechnical, topography, soil, environment, land acquisition, and other aspects of the concerned
water supply project. - Preparation of Detailed Engineering Designs (DED): Prepare and/or review preliminary and detailed
engineering design (DED) (complete in all respect including, but not limited to, all drawings, technical
specifications, bills of quantities and method of measurement, and other documents, etc.); - Preparation and/or review of the environmental impact assessment and preparation of due diligence for land
acquisition and resettlement plans in accordance with government requirements; - Public consultation, including consultation with Communities located along the project sites, other stakeholders
and relevant Government agencies and NGOs working in the area at all different stages of the
assignment; - After engagement of the civil works, updating of DED/other documents: revision of DED required to enable the
civil works contractor to expeditiously commence implementation of construction
