Narrative description of the project

Event Organizing for implementation of capacity building in 7 themes of training activities in Pontianak (capitol city of West Kalimantan Province).

The training for village / government apparatus and village institutional administrator in West Kalimantan Region. Performing at 4 hotels around Pontianak, within 7 weeks implementation of 4 days / 3 nights fullboard meeting in each week. Training with 715 participated villages, 2719 participants (Chief of Village, Family Welfare Empowerment Team / TPPKK, Financing Village Officer from each village), divided into 99 classes attendance rate 89% with collaboration within 198 trainers and 198 speakers.

Description of actual services provided in the assignment

  • Organizing for training events with mutual stakehoders in district level.
  • The training activities parallel with 7 different themes and each professional trainer for : Basic Village Apparatus Training (PAD), Village Consultative Body Strengthening Training (BPD), Village Apparatus Training for Determination and Confirmation of Village Boundaries (PPBDes), Inter-Village Cooperation Strengthening Training (KAD), PKK Strengthening Training (PKK), Posyandu Strengthening Training (Posyandu), Village Community Institution Strengthening Training (LKD).
  • The consultant provides the following facilities: Hotel / training venue (ballroom and classrooms) equipped with facilities and infrastructure; Consumption during training (3 meals and 3 snack breaks); Training kits (bags, modules, name tags) for participants; Honorarium for resource persons / speakers and trainers; Transportation costs for participants; Stationery and class supplies; accommodation / rooms for participant.
  • Consultant team consist of : Project Coordinator, Financial Officer, Administration and Logistic Officer, Class Guard Specialist.
